2. Submission Warranties

By submitting a requirement or listing as a buyer, seller, or agent, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information, contact details, and certificate values provided are genuine and accurate.
  • If you are a seller or broker, you hold lawful authorization or power of attorney to negotiate the indicated Development Right Certificate (DRC).
  • Your listing or requirement complies with applicable town planning, zoning, and municipal rules of Telangana.

3. Restriction on Use & Anti-Scraping

Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, harvesting, or compiling listings, buyer requirements, or contact numbers from this website for unauthorised commercial solicitations or bulk databases.

4. Limitation of Liability

TDR BONDS.in does not warrant or guarantee that any prospective transaction will be successfully concluded or approved by the competent authority. Due diligence and independent legal scrutiny remain the sole responsibility of the transacting parties.
